Remediation Design
Ejlskov Remedial Design is a natural extension of the HRSC concept with a little twist attached to it.
Each in-situ technology relies on specific design parameters which allows the implementation of that specific technology more safely and predictably.
Ejlskov preferred in-situ technologies are Trap&Treat® BOS100®, CAT100 and BOS200®.
Each of these products uses different absorption and treatment mechanisms to degrade both biotically and abiotically many organic contaminants commonly found at industrial, retail or other type of sites.
When performing an HRSC aimed at refining the final design for a future in-situ remediation (or even a dig&dump project), Ejlskov strategy focuses on the collection of hundreds (if not thousands) high density soil samples and several groundwater samples. All these samples are analysed FREE OF CHARGE at our partners and technology providers Remediation Products Incorporated (RPI) laboratory in Golden, Colorado (U.S.A.).
The outcome of Ejlskov Remedial Design is to provide our clients with a final detailed overview and quantification of how the soil and groundwater contaminant mass is distributed across the site. Such evaluation is hardly achievable when collecting samples for compliance evaluation only.
Based on the remediation objectives (agreed with the local regulators), Ejlskov can therefore provide a final remediation plan which is made safe, predictable and (if the client requests) a results guarantee can be provided.
The proper remediation design/plan can ensure our clients that their sales and production disturbance will be limited to the minimum extent possible during remediation.
