How we clean sites!
This is what we do
We uncover the true value of our customers’ properties by cost-effectively removing soil and groundwater contamination. We use patented, well-proven, and sustainable methods, and the clean-up is conducted without any interruptions of the daily operation. Nor is it necessary to move technical installations above or below ground. Also, the task is always completed at the agreed price, including result guarantee.

Purpose
Before we start the clean-up work, it is essential to clarify the purpose of the remediation and what result the customer wants. The solution will be designed according to future use of land, site conditions, what the pollution consists of, and of course, the environmental requirements from authorities. Therefore, it is crucial for us to know the framework for the project to ensure that the customer receives the best advice and the most satisfactory result.
EJLSKOV SITESCAN

It is important to have in-depth insight into the pollution in question to achieve the best clean-up results. Here, Ejlskov SiteScan is an invaluable tool that, through underground scans, makes it possible to detect the extent, type, and exact distribution of the pollution.
Instead of handing out cryptic and incomprehensible excel sheets, we compile and transform all data from Ejlskov SiteScan into Environmental Site Model. Here visual 3D animations are generated to make it easier for the customer to form an overview of the purification project and participate in the further decision-making processes.
Ejlskov sitescans compromises collection of high density soil and groundwater data, and are carried out with the utmost precision and thoroughness, which gives an accurate insight into the contamination. The accuracy of the results means that any uncertainty and ambiguity in relation to the contamination is eliminated.
In addition to underground surveys, we consider buildings and technical installations on the surface. The above-ground installations do not influence the clean-up work itself, but they are still mapped so we can take them into account in the injection phase.
Together, the data collected from Ejlskov SiteScan form the basis for our mapping, risk assessment, and remedial design for how the clean-up process should take place.
CLEAN-UP-STRATEGY

When Ejlskov SiteScan is completed, we prepare a detailed clean-up strategy in close collaboration with consultants, authorities, and of course the customer. The strategy is based on the future use of land and the results from Ejlskov SiteScan – and it considers environmental requirements, agreed criteria, and not least minimizing costs.
Based on the clean-up strategy and data collected from Ejlskov SiteScan, we tailor a treatment design considering underground and above-ground installations, the extent, the specific type, and the distribution of the contamination.
Ejlskov Bioremediation – injection

The degradation starts with injecting our sustainable solution – also called Ejlskov BioRemediation. One of the crucial advantages of our method is that the bactericidal solution can be injected regardless of whether there are buildings and installations in the contaminated area. Our innovative and well-documented process thus enables us to break down the pollution on site, which saves the customer costly expenditures concerning transport and excavation. The injection can even take place while the daily business activities continue undisturbed. The customer is thereby protected from significant revenue losses during the purification process.
The injection can be designed with different solution designs depending on the extent of the contamination. Here, among other things, it is possible to create barriers that prevent the pollution from migrating the site – and removes the need for injection of the entire plume-area.
Sustainable degradation

We believe that pollution should not be combated with more pollution. Therefore, we have developed a sustainable treatment method reflecting nature’s own ways of decomposing pollution. We call this Ejlskov BioRemediation.
Ejlskov BioRemediation is a liquid solution that consists exclusively of natural ingredients. In fact, the solution contains only four ingredients: water, nutrients, activated carbon, and bacteria. Together these components make up a pollution-attracting and degrading solution.
The method is patented, and we are the sole providers of the solution throughout Europe and China. Over time, we have cleaned up thousands of soil and groundwater contaminants worldwide and helped customers unleash the full value of their land.

pER FORMANCE Monitoring
While the contamination is being decomposed, we keep a close eye on developments. We carry out ongoing soil and groundwater tests that show whether everything is going according to plan, allowing the customer to concentrate on running the business while the degradation is in progress.
As the clean-up process nears its end, we carry out another thorough inspection of the area. In this way, the customer is assured that the land meets the agreed environmental requirements. Our method is so well documented and effective that we offer a guarantee of results.

clean-up completed
The clean-up has now been completed, and Ejlskov delivers a final report showing that the results comply with regulatory requirements and criteria we have agreed on. The total value of the land has thus been released, and the customer can safely live out all future projects at the site.
