Since 25 May 2018, the Personal Data Act has been a part of the Data Protection Regulation. The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires companies to have a full overview of what data the company records about natural persons, for what purpose and on what legal basis this personal data is processed, and how and for how long the data is stored.
The processing of personal data is not a core activity at Ejlskov A/S. But to the extent that personal data is processed, Ejlskov aims to act in accordance with current legislation in this field and operate based on processes and policies that ensure that the rights of those recorded (employees, customers, etc.) are respected.
Ejlskov A/S is responsible for processing the personal data that we hold. The company's contact details are:

Customers, suppliers and other business relations
Ejlskov stores data on customers, business relations and suppliers to the extent that is necessary to be able to serve our customers and fulfil our agreements. We do not store sensitive personal data. Personal data is continuously updated and deleted when the relationship/cooperation with and the obligations in relation to our business relations cease. To explain how Ejlskov handles personal data, we have drawn up the following personal data policy for customers and business relations.
The personal data policy defines what personal data we collect, as well as how and for how long it is used and the situations in which the data may be disclosed. The personal data policy also includes information on the rights you have in relation to the personal data you have shared with us.

In addition, Ejlskov's employees are instructed to follow company policies and guidelines for the collection, processing and storage of personal data. When employees are recruited, they are introduced to Ejlskov's IT program and personal data policy, and the processes that are relevant to their function. As part of the website firewall function, IP addresses are collected automatically and exclusively in situations where they are associated with suspicious attacks (login failures, 404 errors, SQL injections, etc.). These IP addresses are deleted again when they are no longer relevant for any defence mechanisms. IP addresses collected via Google Analytics are anonymized and not person-identifiable. We do not share data from Google Analytics with other Google services.
If you use one of our electronic forms on the website, e.g. in connection with a job search or request for a quotation/information, we will ask you for your separate consent to allow us to record the data you provide via the form. The material is uploaded via a closed and encrypted system. The form also includes instructions on where and for how long your data is stored and your options to revoke your consent at any time and have the data deleted.
